the location was convenient and decent and i could use free parking onsite. also, this hotel was located 2 miles away from fort walla walla. the food was reasonably priced.

Enjoyed Walla Walla, the hotel was quiet on a great restaurant to try. It had a marvellous and comfy location adjacent to the river, freeway entrances, and a nice view of the river. Also, it was 1 mile from Kirkman House.

It has really helpful staff on a simple request for a corkscrew and comfy and decent location to a nice resturant for dinner. The property has a shuttle to down town and it's also just off a canal and the winery.

Pretty standard hotel, I greatly enjoyed its central location near to the town centre and Mill Creek and the winery.

The rooms were large and the bathroom was clean. I had an INCREDIBLY BEAUTIFUL view. The hotel was in a comfortable and decent location really close to Walla Walla, a nice resturant and the business center.

Unfortunately Wi-Fi was awful plus the bed of mine was too firm.

I recently stayed at Comfort Inn in Walla Walla for a weekend getaway. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming from check-in to check-out. The manager, Charli, and Angela, who ran the breakfast room, went above and beyond to ensure a great experience. The breakfast was delicious and well-stocked, and I loved enjoying it on the patio overlooking the river. The room was clean and comfortable, with a spacious bathroom and great amenities like a refrigerator and microwave. the hotel offered great value for the money.

Check in staff had no customer service skills. Didn't know about the area and seemed not to care. Expected shuttle to downtown but said no longer happening though on your website.

The bed was the highlight of the stay. But saying that I must comment on the staff and they were over the top, out of this world!

The only thing I am able to think of is not being able to accesses the building from the side parking lot. Being required to walk to the front.

There were a few negative aspects to note. the view from the room was not very appealing, overlooking a junkyard.

Air conditioning noise at night. Kind of a repeated buzz sound on then out. We were in Room 210 with that noise. It would come on and then go off.

I was pleasantly surprised by the value for money at this hotel. The prices were affordable and the attention to detail was impressive. The location was quiet, perfect for a peaceful rest. The staff was efficient at their jobs and provided excellent service. The basic amenities were all available and the rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-appointed with everything we needed.

All was more than satisfactory during our stay.

The staff was excellent and bent over backwards to accommodate us even though Booked.net didn't follow through with our reservation. The hotel was totally booked and they still found a way to accommodate our family in the evening when we checked in despite Booked.net's lack of follow through. We booked this hotel in October and the reservation still was not there when we checked in. Valerie, in particular was top notch!!

My room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The breakfast was delicious and had a good variety. I appreciate that they don't disturb you by cleaning the room every day. a great value for the price. I recommend staying at this hotel!
